Growing up in Cape West, I was always surrounded by horses for as long as I can remember. This is what started my motivation and interest on the idea of working with horses. I've always described myself as a empathetic person, and have strived to try and make a difference in the world, SSC is my small action of trying to be the change I want to see.   

After being left a huge sum of land and nothing but a dream I started building SSC in hopes of one day opening it to the public. My mission is to be the difference in the equine industry and offer a more ethical and welfare aware approach in how neglected, abandoned, and forgotten horses are taken care of. I believe all horses deserve a second chance.

Now SSC has proudly been open to the pubic for almost a year and I can't wait for all the future plans and goals I hope to achieve through SSC.
